 Scott has been around Real Estate his whole life. He worked with his parents building and selling several Subdivisions in Alaska where he grew up. Scott attended the University of Alaska Anchorage where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology. He came to Oregon 1998 and became a General Contractor in 2000. Scott began Real Estate in 2008 and volunteered with Lane Fire Authority as a Firefighter/First Responder until moving to Grants Pass.

Scott’s mission in Real Estate is to educate his clients about the Real Estate Market. He will ensure that his clients have the best information before making one of the most important decisions in their life. He listens to his clients and will advise them to achieve successful results.
Whether dealing with a first time home buyer, a luxury home seller, or anything in between, Scott respects the fact that their home investment plays a significant role in their financial and emotional lives. To assist his clients, Scott continually studies the changes in the market. He knows the territory, and stays current in pricing activity between the different areas in Lane County.

Composting for Beginners The basics: a compost bin or heap must be at least three cubic feet in order to work. Anything smaller will not generate the heat needed to break down the organic material. Your compost needs to be turned and mixed at minimum every three days in order to mix the microbes into every part of your heap.
